Additional Performers

If you post content that contains someone other than you, you must either:

  • Tag that person’s account; or
  • If they do not have an account, please ask them to make one;
  • If they cannot make an account, you will need to provide a copy of their photo ID and release documents before the content can be posted.

If an account features other creators, please note that the majority of the content must feature the person whose ID is on file us and who has passed all of the ID verification requirements.

When you are working with others, whether performers or producers you must always take all necessary actions to protect both yourself and your content. We require all members of our Creator program to maintain and certify upon upload that you hold valid government photo IDs, consent and release records for all performers appearing in the content.

We recommend uploading photos of your Co-Performer IDs now because it will soon become mandatory to verify them before your video can be approved. We are adding new tools to make this easier and will notify all Models when the verification tools are fully available.

You must have 1 piece of photo ID from each additional performer who appears in your videos as well as a photo of the performer holding their ID. We also strongly recommend you use the Co-Performer Agreement below (See section "How do I add an additional performer?") to avoid any future problems that may arise and keep the original copy for your records.

Please note that you may be contacted at any time to provide copies of co-performer IDs and signed agreements for auditing purposes or in response to external concerns. This is to ensure you are fulfilling your obligations to obtain and hold IDs and signed agreements. If documents are not provided, payouts may be delayed until IDs are uploaded and approved. If documents cannot be provided for specific video(s), they will be removed from the site.
