You can offer your fans a Free trial. Free trials are limited-time free access to content on a paid account for promotional purposes to attract new fans. Creators can customize the free trial duration, offer limit and expiration date.
Free trials can be sent to:
Fans who have not subscribed to your profile yet
Fans with expired subscriptions to your profile
Free trials will not work for:
Fans who currently have an active subscription to your profile
Fans who have not accepted your Free Trial yet
To begin a Free trial:
Make sure you have a subscription price set in Membership settings
Go to the Free trial section or your Membership settings page
Enable the toggle
It will default to the "Free trial" pop-up
Set the expiration date of the Free trial offer
Select the number of free subscriptions you would like to provide. This way a limited number of new or expired users will be able to sign up for free
Select the duration of your Free trial (number of days you want your free trial to convert)
Note: Free trials will auto-renew to the price you had set at the time of your free trial.
